Translation rates
The price of a translation depends on many different factors. The price of a translation from English into Dutch, for example, will differ considerably from a translation from Czech into Finnish. The availability of suitable translators and the currency of language influence rates considerably. In exceptional cases, a text might even have to be translated into a third, neutral language because there are no native-speakers available for the translation of source language into target language.
The lay-out of a document also plays an important role. A document which is delivered in plain text, that is, without the need for a specific lay-out, will be less demanding, for example, than a document with bold or italic text, graphs and diagrams, varying fonts, etc. It's obvious that the latter will require a lot more time and effort than the former and this too affects price.
As a result, it's impossible for us to provide a standard price list, simply because documents come in all different shapes and sizes. What we can do is send you an offer for the document(s) you need translating, so that you know exactly what you're letting yourself in for beforehand.
If you so wish, you can complete the form below and send the document that needs translating as an attachment. If the document is not in a digital format, you can of course, just send it by fax or post.
